The power cable from the transformer substation to the electrical panel room has been installed.

In the process of installing are storm drain grates on the north side and a fire water supply system.

The ramp to the underground parking lot and the road on the south and west sides have been concreted, and the sidewalk has been installed on the south side. The installation of the fences covering the generator and the ramp is finished.

The sand and gravel preparation work for the sidewalk and the road on the north and east sides is done. The curbstone installation and sidewalk reinforcement work is also finished. The sidewalks, roads and parking lot on the east and north sides have been concreted, and the construction fence has been dismantled.

The foundation of the tower crane is dismantled. Construction waste and the general contractor's equipment have been removed from the land plot.

Checking the low-current systems is underway, and the territory and ground floor are being put in order.

The keys for the intercom have been already programmed. Navigation through apartments and floors is completed.
