On September 25, 2025, the state-owned CEDIS reopened the tender for cable layingand construction the transformer substation for our building. The company's Board of directors took into account inflation in construction costs for laborand materials and increased the price by almost 30%: from €350,000 to €450,000 excluding VAT.
