Construction Report

Final cleaning isunderway in preparation for unit handover to owners. Common area cleaning hascommenced. Waterproofing of the above-ground portion of the parking garage and driveways has been completed prior to site landscaping.

Finishing works are being carried out in the main entry lobby. Earthworks are underway for landscaping and storm water drainage installation. Stormwater drainage installation: 90% complete/

Fence installation and handrail placement: 95% complete. Installation of transitionstrips at the junctions of hardwood flooring and tile has been completed. Low-voltage system installation in the electrical room has been completed. The building has been connected to the municipal stormwater system. Preparation for connection to the municipal sanitary sewer has been completed (all works exceptfor a remaining 1-meter section, which will be completed after the city collector is put into service). Facade works on the ground floor are 60% complete.
